Assemblage is the art of blending different varietals and terroirs to create rich, harmonious, and complex wines. In 2018, 7 different wines already aged 2 years in neutral barrels were blended by taste and returned to the barrels for 3 additional years. This 2016 was bottled in August 2021 after an exceptional 5 years aging in barrel and 36 months in bottle.

The 2018 Chardonnay from the high-altitude Rogue Valley in Oregon is a prime example of how the region's unique terroir enhances the varietal. With vineyards in higher elevations, this Chardonnay benefits from a cooler microclimate that preserves acidity and balances the wine's ripeness. A dry and medium-bodied white dominated by crisp fruit flavor.

The Buchignani family first planted this vineyard 135 years ago and have been farming it ever since. 2018 was the seventh great harvest in a row for this Dry Creek world renown Zinfandel Vineyard. Dry Creek is one of the best place in the world to grow Zinfandel. This single varietal Zinfandel was vinted to express the true terroir of the Dry Creek Valley.
