Fermentation
Carefully crafted in a 21,000 square foot urban winery in Medford, OR, this food-friendly classic was vinted to express the true terroir of the Rogue Valley. With a longstanding commitment to native yeast and sulfite-free fermentation, the varietal integrity holds true.
Tasting Notes
Fresh in bottle, this 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is full of off the vine flavor. Dry and medium-bodied this white boast fresh fruit flavors and aromas with a slightly sweet finish. White peach, grapefruit, and honeydew are accompanied by a tart but balanced acidity. A fresh and fruit-forward daily drinker that is truly intellectually stimulating.
