We ship within the United States only, to the states where we are allowed to ship. The available states and the shipping cost are shown at checkout.
Orders ship the next business day and arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
An adult 21 or older must sign for every delivery. To receive it on the first attempt, a work address or a carrier pickup point works well.
Orders outside California are sold and shipped by Vinoshipper, our licensed partner, and their terms apply to those orders.

A bottle arrived damaged? Write to me, with a photo if you can, and I will replace it.
Not happy with your wine? I put everything I have into each bottle. If it isn't right for you, write to me and I will do my best to make it right.
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time before it ships.
